The Community And Rural Development Society ( CARDS) is a non Government Organization registered under Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860 in the year 1979.

Since inception, we have been promoting several programmes to reach the most unreached people in the society. The main Thrust of our organization are education programmes, Health Education, Children Programmes, Environmental Protection Programmes, Promoting Housing, Emergency Relief Programmes and other programmes to be initiated basing on the need of the hour.

During these 4 decades, we have established several educational institutions under the leadership of our founder Director Dr. P. Ranjan Babu, who is a Social Scientist. He has received several International, National and State Awards for his outstanding services. This Institution started under the guidance of our founder Director was later on taken over by Dr. P. Frank Viswanath who is also a pioneer in the field of Education and social service and especially in related to Children and Disabled welfare.

St. Xavier Institute of Pharmacy is established with a moto “your dreams our mission” with this objective, we have established the Pharmacy college to bring out the hidden treasure of our students and mould them excellent in education and help the Indian Society at large. During all these years, our institution has reached several heights and the campus adds more with good atmosphere.

The dedicated faculty is trying their best to reach their students with adequate knowledge and also with latest experiments and practices in the field of Pharmaceutical Sciences. The Infrastructure and facilities of the Institute are updated .

I am proud that our Institute is selected by many students to pursue education. I am thankful for students who have participated in all social activities and cyclone relief activities especially in Kerala. Our thanks for All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) and Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur for their continuous support and guidance.

I wish that all staff and students will uphold the aims and objectives of St Xavier Institute of Pharmacy and try to show their talents in the field of their studies.
